Art Grotto Notifications to Vendors

Art Grotto can share important information with you as a valued Seller or guide you to set up your store. Art Grotto admin can communicate with all vendors via a universal message board, or individually as required.

 

Admin can also shoot off quick announcement to notify changes, updates of the marketplace.

DHL Express as standard for Vendors

Based on the product weight, box dimensions, shipping destination, etc. Art Grotto’s association with DHL will provide vendors’ customers with the most cost effective freight options to complete their orders.
Upon placement of order, Art Grotto Admin will forward all relevant shipping labels to the vendor to facilitate the shipping process.

Commission Disbursal Management

In Art Grotto, admin can automatically disburse commission to vendors hourly, daily, monthly and fortnightly. Or, the vendors can manually request to the admin for commission disbursal. Plus, both the admin and vendor can track all their previous transactions.

Vendors Review Management

Generally, buyers at Art Grotto marketplace can rate and review a vendor. Admin controls the review system and can optionally enable only those buyers to rate who have purchased from respective vendors.

From uploading product data, accessing export data to send a message to the buyer or make changes in policy settings – Art Grotto can help you to customize your store and make it flexible for a hassle free operation.

Multiple Payment Channels

Admin can disburse Multi vendor commission through payment gateways (PayPal & Stripe) or go for Direct bank Transfer. Admin has the option to settle for the payment through fixed amount, percentage amount or a combination of both.

Coupon Management

Art Grotto admin can set global coupons or allow vendors to issue a coupon for all products in one click or let them manually select each of their preferred product.
You have more options to take charge of your own promotional strategy by issuing coupons with the discount on the entire cart or product/s, in absolute values or in percentage.
